2.1 Nature of Services

Aestheva provides cosmetic and aesthetic treatments including:

• Dermatology consultations and skin care treatments
• Laser treatments (LHR, Q-Switch, Fractional, IPL)
• Body contouring (Cool Sculpting, HIFU, 3D Body Sculpting)
• Skin aesthetics (PRP, GFC, Chemical Peels, Medi Facials)
• Hair restoration and transplant services
• Injectables (Botox, Dermal Fillers)

2.2 Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not substitutes for medical treatment of underlying health conditions. Consult your primary healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3. Consultation and Consent

3.1 Pre-Treatment Consultation

Before any treatment:

• You must attend a mandatory consultation with our qualified medical professionals
• Provide accurate medical history, allergies, and current medications
• Disclose any previous cosmetic procedures

3.2 Informed Consent

As per Medical Council of India guidelines:

• Written consent forms are required before any treatment
• Consent includes procedure info, expected outcomes, and risks
• You may withdraw consent before the procedure begins

4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or credit for future services
• Less than 24 Hours: 50% of advance payment may be forfeited
• No-Show: 100% of advance payment may be forfeited

Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours in advance without penalty.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept as per RBI guidelines:

• Cash (Indian Rupees only)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net Banking and EMI options

5.2 GST and Invoicing

All services are subject to applicable GST. Proper tax invoices will be provided in compliance with GST regulations.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Generally, refunds are not available for completed services. Processing time is 7-14 business days.

6. Risks and Limitations

You acknowledge that cosmetic treatments carry inherent risks including:

• Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising
• Allergic reactions to products
• Infection (rare, with proper aftercare)
• Results may vary between individuals

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law (Indian Contract Act, 1872; Consumer Protection Act, 2019):

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the treatment cost
• We are not liable for undisclosed medical conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
